Optional Adjustable Travel Shaft
Allows easy travel and ideal length fitting for Long, Side Saddle and Face-On putters.
Highly recommended for any Long, Side Saddle or Face-On Putter purchased with a length of 48 inches or more. Allows the golfer to reduce the nominal length of his putter by nine inches for travel purposes.
It also allows for a length adjustment of plus or minus two inches in one inch increments (four inches overall) to the nominal length of the putter.
The nominal length is the length ordered. For example, a putter ordered at 50 inch length can be adjusted from 48 inches to 52 inches and be quickly and easily broken down to 41 inches for travel purposes.
A premium two piece grip, adjustable/removable shaft unit, locking collar and locking screw are provided. The upper grip section is pre-installed on the adjustable/removable shaft unit.
A locking allen wrench tool is provided for adjustment and removal purposes.
The Adjustable Travel Shaft is USGA conforming and may be used during competitive rounds as long as it is not adjusted during play of the round.
